White Choc bread pudding
16 hawaiian rolls, 4 ounces butter, 16 oz white chocolate chips, 4 cups heavy cream, 2/3 cup sugar, 1 vanilla bean, 8 eggs..... Melt the butter and toss the cubed rolls in them to coat....toast the bread in the oven until brown 325 ish 5 to 10 minutes. While bread is oven heat the cream to just about to simmer with split vanilla bean in it....beat eggs ans sugar together...add 1/3 of the hot acream to eggs and beat briskly then add remaining cream and eggs together. Put toasted bread ibto grease baking dish top with white xhocolate chips and pour the custard over it. Press the bread down to absorb the custard. Baked cover 40 minutes and then uncovered an additional 15 munutes at 325....enjoy
